Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We take payment at time time of purchase. Backordered items are charged at time of purchase, if not available after 14 days we will contact you for alternative item or refund. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order by way a confirmation mail.
Typographical Errors
In the event that Deborah Ackroyd trading as Kyro is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Deborah Ackroyd trading as Kyro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Deborah Ackroyd trading as Kyro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Deborah Ackroyd trading as Kyro shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |

Shipping & Handling
We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you are outside of the UK, please email: sales@kyro-uk.com to enquire about placing an order.
Our charges for shipping in the UK are as follows:
For orders between £1.00 and £29.99 = £3.95 For orders between £30.00 and £49.99 = £4.95 For orders between £50.00 and £200.00 = £5.95

Delivery of orders
We will make every attempt to supply the correct color and size as quickly as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days within the UK. Items that are out of stock will be back-ordered and you will be advised of delivery timescales. |

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, return it within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a credit note. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Special dispensation can be made for gifts, please contact us at sales@kyro-uk.com first to request this. Any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only.
You must have prior authorisation if you wish to return goods.
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit with original packaging within 14 days after reciept. Returns must reach us in the same state that they left our warehouse.
If the merchandise is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will refund the price plus costs, otherwise the customer must bear the costs of the return. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS
Send the item(s) back to us together with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and details of the items you are returning,the reason for returning them and whether you want an exchange or a credit note. Please insure the package with the delivery company and request a proof of delivery or signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost by the delivery company. ANY ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION! We will not accept returns if they are dirty or damaged! If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been worn, soiled, smoked in or covered in deodorant or makeup it will be sent straight back to you and you will be billed for the shipping. In short, you must return the item exactly as it was when you received it.
RESTOCKING FEE In certain instances we reverve the right to charge a restocking fee, for example if you order the same item in four different sizes and return three of them for a refund. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the value of the returned goods, we will notify you in writing of our intention to charge a restocking fee and give you the opportunity to exchange the goods instead.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
